By the abusses off the post office heir [in Aberdeen] in ther exorbitant pryces of forrayne letters and in miscariadge of letters 1681 Ib. 270.
I have bein inquyring att the post office heir [in Edinburgh] but they keep no register of letters to quhom directed 1689 Cramond Cullen Ann. 62 (see Post n.2 2 (1)).
