1. n. “Loamy, adhesive mass; mire. Now commonly clag from L.Sc.” (Sh. 1908 Jak. (1928), kleg).
2. v. “To adhere, of a sticky mass” (Ib.); “to clog” (Uls. 1880 W. H. Patterson Gl. Ant. and Dwn.).
