WUTH, n. Wrath. anger. The word is used only in eclectic writing and is prob. meant to be associated with Wuth, adj.Sc. 1871 P. H. Waddell Psalms ii. 5:
Syne sal he bost them in his Wuth.
Sc. 1913 H. P. Cameron Imit. Christ i. xxiv.:
A lang-tholin man is mair eithlie muved tae peety nor tae wuth.
Sc. 1928 T. T. Alexander Psalms cxxiv. 1:
Then had they Sweel'd us alive, — Sae was their wuth fu' fey.
