Devis(e, Device, n.1 Also: devys(e, -vyis(e, -vyisse; dewis(e, -wisse, -wys, -wyise; devyce, -wyce, -wice; divis, -vice. [ME. devis (c 1290), devise, -vys(e, -vice, etc., OF. devis m. and devise f.]
