Locall, v. [f. Local(l a. 2.] tr. a. To assign (a parochial stipend or augmentation) out of the teinds or other ecclesiastical revenues of the parish itself. b. To apportion the liability for payment of stipend or augmentation among the heritors: see Locality n. —1593 Acts IV. 34/1.
